  • The scope of services, including dates, times, and costs, will be confirmed in a written agreement between the Client and the Company.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: The Client must provide accurate details regarding the moving inventory, location, and special requirements.
  • Packing: Unless specified, the Client is responsible for packing all items before the movers’ arrival.
  • Accessibility: The Client must ensure safe and clear access to both origin and destination locations.
  • Valuables: The Company is not responsible for cash, jewelry, or other valuables unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required to secure moving services.
  • Full payment must be made upon completion of services unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

5. Liability and Insurance

The Company will not transport the following:

  • Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable items.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Illegal substances.

8. Storage Services

  • Storage terms, including duration and costs, will be outlined in a separate agreement.
  • The Company will take reasonable measures to secure stored items but is not liable for loss or damage due to force majeure events.

9. Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding services must be reported in writing within 7 days of service completion.
  • Disputes unresolved through negotiation will be subject to arbitration in the state of Florida.
